Email Your Senators: No to Rahm!

News outlets are reporting that President Biden has decided to nominate Rahm Emanuel as U.S. ambassador to Japan. But for three decades, Emanuel has been one of the Democratic Party’s most undiplomatic power brokers -- arrogant, elitist, abrasive and contemptuous of progressive values.

Everything in his record indicates that Emanuel would be the wrong choice to represent the U.S. government overseas.

Ambassadors are nominated by the president and require approval by the Senate. Now is the time for constituents to make sure there’s no “Ambassador Rahm Emanuel.”
