Tell Congress and White House: Diplomacy Not Belligerency

Diplomacy is vastly preferable to threats, sanctions, cyber-attacks, drone strikes, bombings, proxy wars, occupations, or nuclear holocaust. We want productive, peaceful dialogue between the U.S. government and Russia, North Korea, Iran, and every other nation.
