Do you remember back when Trump was inaugurated, you signed a petition to impeach him that had been created by RootsAction.org and Free Speech for People?
Trump remembers it too, and not fondly! Here's part of what he said this week at a rally in Minnesota:
"Do you remember that just 19 minutes after I raised my hand and took the oath of office, the Washington Post, a terrible newspaper that doesn't know how to write the truth, published a story, and in this case they might have gotten it pretty correct? They said the campaign to impeach President Trump has begun. That was the headline. [Audience shouts 'Boo.'] Little did we know they weren't playing. Think of that. That was 19 minutes after the oath of office."
We were right in January 2017, and we're right now. And we have an opportunity to make impeachment happen.
It would be a real help if you chip in a few dollars for the next phase of our impeachment campaign.
