Send a message now in solidarity with blocking Donald Trump's lunge toward nuclear war.
The United States has pressured the new president of South Korea, Moon Jae-in, into allowing more missile and radar weaponry into the country and more war games into the skies near the border of North Korea. But Moon has drawn the line at actual war.
"Military action on the Korean peninsula can only be decided by South Korea and no one else can decide to take military action without the consent of South Korea," he said this week. "The government, putting everything on the line, will block war by all means."
Click here to tell Moon that you agree, that people in the United States and the rest of the world agree, that war must be avoided, diplomacy pursued, and peace allowed to prevail.
It's important for people in both Koreas to know that people in the United States are not cheering for, but rather denouncing, the reckless rhetoric of the U.S. president.
It's also important for people in the United States who do not know it to learn that the risk of war in Korea originates in Washington, D.C., and that the people of South Korea want peace so badly that their president has committed to achieving it. Please forward this email to everyone you can.
