Please sign this petition launching today: “We call for the immediate resignation of Donna Brazile as chair of the Democratic National Committee.”
You can show your support for this grassroots initiative by clicking here.
You’ll be joining with Bernie Sanders delegates from around the country who have just voted “yes” -- 337 to 13 -- in favor of urging Brazile to resign. The vote came in a straw poll by the Bernie Delegates Network.
The 96 percent approval of this petition was sparked by the revelation that -- as a political analyst for CNN -- Brazile gave the Clinton campaign advance notice of questions that would be asked during a CNN debate between Bernie and Clinton.
If you’re sick of the Democratic Party establishment putting its corporate thumbs on the scales of primary elections against progressive forces, click here to sign this important petition.
The Washington Post reported last week: “Donna Brazile is not apologizing for leaking CNN debate questions and topics to the Hillary Clinton campaign during the Democratic primary. Her only regret, it seems, is that she got caught.”
Please join with the Bernie Delegates Network -- sponsored by RootsAction.org in partnership with Progressive Democrats of America -- to call for Brazile to immediately resign as chair of the Democratic National Committee.
It’s unacceptable for Brazile to remain in that powerful position till March, which is the current plan. It’s time for the old guard of the Democratic Party to get out of the way.
Please make your voice heard to insist: enough is enough!
