Earlier this year, we secured strong Net Neutrality protections that leveled the Internet playing field for users like you and me — protecting free speech and preventing telecoms from controlling the speeds of what we see and do online.
As expected, those same telecoms hate it. That's why they're hoping a federal court will throw out the rules we fought so hard for.
We must not allow that to happen. We need to make sure the court understands just how important Net Neutrality is to Americans.

This is no idle threat. Big Cable has had great success in the past getting the federal courts to throw out previous Net Neutrality rules. With a powerful army of lawyers on board to help, the odds are very much in their favor — even though Net Neutrality rules were built on the strongest legal grounds possible.
If Net Neutrality were finished, we'd likely be blocked from engaging in the online activism that helped secure the Net Neutrality rules that we're now working to defend.
Are we going to roll over in defeat — or fight as hard as we did the last time to ensure our victory on a free and open Internet is secured?
Add your name to the brief if you still think Net Neutrality is worth fighting for!
