The Federal Communications Commission is experiencing a failure to communicate.

As the Washington Post reported today, the FCC has been "flooded" with emails and phone calls demanding that it back off its plan to undo net neutrality and open up Internet slow-and-fast lanes that prioritize profits over communications. Over 50,000 people sent emails via RootsAction and Demand Progress.

But the FCC has just voted to roll ahead with its plan, even while giving lip service to the public pressure against it. Click here to increase the pressure.

FCC Commissioners and staff have tweaked, not fixed, their proposal. They've met with protesters and chatted on Twitter and declared their loyalty to both democracy and net neutrality.

It's time to up the pressure another notch.
