Have you been watching any of the video of the CEO of Wells Fargo testifying before Congress? He admits to outrageous scams and promises to halt them (or replace them with new ones, as has been done in the past). Congress members state over and over again that he should be "held accountable."

Congressman Stephen Lynch has proposed prosecuting Wells Fargo's CEO under the RICO Act, which is usually used to prosecute organized crime. Lynch said that all the conditions for a conviction have been clearly met. All that's missing is a prosecution.
